Bungie has revealed new details on the upcoming Destiny 2 Season 17 Dungeon, including the release date, power level, and rewards.

Destiny 2 Season 17 begins on 24th May 2022, but Bungie has yet to reveal its official title and a trailer, leaving players in the dark regarding what's in store. Thankfully, the latest This Week at Bungie (TWAB) has revealed some of the changes you can expect in Season 17, including details on the new Dungeon.
For the uninitiated, Dungeons are high-level raid like activities in Destiny 2 that require proper coordination between the fireteam members. Currently, there are four Dungeons available in Destiny 2. Here's what we know about the upcoming Destiny 2 Season 17 Dungeon, including its release date, power level, rewards, and more.
Destiny 2 Season 17 Dungeon - Release date and price
Destiny 2 Season 17 Dungeon will go live on 27th May 2022 at 10 AM PT | 1 PM ET. Players who own the Digital Deluxe Edition of The Witch Queen will have free access to it. Other players can get it from the Eververse store for 2000 Silver ($20).
Destiny 2 Season 17 Dungeon - Required Power Level
The required Power Level for the normal difficulty is 1550. The master difficulty will also go live on the same day; however, Bungie will keep the recommended Power Level a mystery until launch.
Destiny 2 Season 17 Dungeon - Rewards
Dungeons in Destiny 2 offers some of the most powerful rewards, and hopefully, the upcoming Season 17 Dungeon won't be any different. Below are the rewards players can expect to earn when the new Dungeon launches.
- 1 Legendary Armour Set Per Class
- Artifice Versions can also be acquired via Master Difficulty
- 4 Legendary New Weapons
- 2 Legendary Reprised Weapons
- 1 Exotic Weapon
- 1 Exotic Catalyst
- 1 Exotic Accessory (Ship or Sparrow)
- 2 Legendary Emblems
At the time of writing, Bungie has not revealed the name of Season 17 Dungeon nor given us a first look at this upcoming pinnacle endgame content. Thankfully, fans won't have to wait much longer to find out.
